What You’ll Do

Provide personalized, high-quality care to clients
Create treatment plans using your clinical expertise
Build your caseload through local referrals
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship
Collaborate with your clinic director and front desk team

What We’re Looking For

Licensed Chiropractor in California with liability insurance
Committed to client care and open to flexible scheduling
Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
Strong communicator with a passion for wellness and service
New graduates are encouraged to apply—we offer mentorship and support to help you thrive

Working at NorCal Spine & Sport

1:1 client care with no more than 4 clients per hour
Supportive onboarding and mentorship
