Apprentice Electrician

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice Electrician to join our team. The Apprentice Electrician will assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems while learning about electrical codes, safety practices, and blueprint reading. Responsibilities

• Assist Journeyman Electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and equipment.
• Learn to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Help identify electrical hazards and participate in safety inspections.
• Use basic electrical tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines at all times.
• Participate in training programs and continually develop electrical knowledge and skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts or prior coursework in electrical technology is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in the electrical trade.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good physical condition and stamina to perform manual labor.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
