Apprentice Electrician

Job Summary

Advance is seeking a motivated and dependable Apprentice Electrician for one of our clients in Midland, TX. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the supervision of licensed electricians on commercial, industrial, and/or oilfield-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Run conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid), pull wire, and set electrical devices
• Install lighting, outlets, switches, and electrical panels under supervision
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Use hand and power tools safely and properly
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety policies
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid TDLR APPRENTICE ELECTRICAL LICENSE
• Previous experience as an electrical helper or apprentice preferred
• Trade school enrollment or completion is a plus
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and materials
