This role is perfect for someone who wants to earn while they learn, develop their skills, and grow into a long-term career. You’ll work side by side with experienced journeyman electricians and report directly to your Field Foreman, with a clear path to advancement.

What You’ll Do

• Support journeyman electricians and project teams on a variety of commercial and industrial job sites, both local projects and travel assignments across Montana.
  

• Run wire, install fixtures, panels, conduit, and electrical systems with safety and precision.
  

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.
  

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  

• Participate in travel crews as needed for statewide projects, including overnight and long duration stays (typically returning home on weekends).
  

• Contribute to a positive team culture and live out our core values daily.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Safety-first mindset and strong attention to detail.
  

• Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a drive to learn and grow.
  

• Montana Apprentice Electrician License (required).
  

• At least 2nd-year apprentice status or higher.
  

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean MVR record.
  

• Flexibility for both local work and travel assignments.
  

• Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, work on ladders, and handle the demands of the trade.
  

Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required)

• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical environments.
  

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
  

• Previous experience working with a traveling crew.
