Job Description - Apprentice Painters

Are you looking to make a transition from your current field to construction? Are you a hard worker with little construction experience, but are eager to develop skills in the field? STS Construction Services is currently seeking motivated individuals for entry-level positions that do not require experience in construction!
We are currently hiring apprentices for the following positions:

Apprentice Painters

As an apprentice you will be assigned to a crew to gain firsthand experience in painting prep, masking and painting as well as other various trades. You will be trained by experienced professionals and have a chance to learn and grow into a more advanced role quickly.

Our goal is to provide a structured career path for your growth and development. You will start by assisting in small tasks with direct supervision and gradually move on to handling small tasks independently. Ultimately, the aim is for you to become a full-fledged journeyman able to take on and complete tasks on your own.

We specialize in residential and commercial remodels/new constructions and pride ourselves on our dedication to craftsmanship and fostering a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:

Assisting and learning from journeymen in your position.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver's license

What We Offer:

Salary Rate: $22-$26 per hour DOE
PTO and Paid Holidays
100% covered medical,401K with employer match

Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
