Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and schedule vehicle service appointments
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
• Open and manage repair orders in our system
• Serve as a liaison between customers and our service technicians
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers regarding status and satisfaction
• Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
• Assist with transportation needs when applicable

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Team-oriented and driven to succeed
