Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst (Java, Oracle, Ion) - VP - New York (Hybrid)

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Interest Rate Swaps book of work and deliver on enhancements
• Train junior members of the global rates distribution team.
• Drive strategic deliveries for FI eTrading
• The role requires close communication with Front Office/trading and as such we need a VP who is knowledgeable and comfortable speaking directly with traders
• Senior resource required to progress on our strategic book of work and migrate our monolithic platform to a microservices based platform

Tech Stack:

• Experience with Java and Oracle is required
• Experience with Ion is preferred

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree preferred
