Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team.  The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well with patients, families and well-being of our patients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies

- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and providing patient education

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

- Provide preventative care, including health screenings and immunizations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatments plans

- Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current knowledge of best practices in the field

Requirements:

- Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited program

- Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice

- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., ANCC, AANP)

- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner

- Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
