Job Description - Aquatic Director (Internal Only)

Join our Aquatics team as an Aquatics Director and help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for members and program participants. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee our lifeguard team, lead certification and training courses, manage daily aquatic center operations, and support high-quality aquatic programs and experiences. We are hiring an Aquatics Director for both branches. This is an internal posting only.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in recreation, fitness, or related field preferred. (Relevant experience may be considered instead of a Bachelor's Degree.)
Two or more years of supervisory experience in an aquatic program and/or fitness program.
First Aid/CPR/AED Certified for the Professional Rescuer
Certified Lifeguard
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to respond to safety and emergency situations.
