In this position, you’ll plan, coordinate, and supervise a variety of fun, inclusive aquatic programs for all ages and abilities. You’ll also recruit, train, and schedule a top-notch team while ensuring programs meet the highest standards for safety and quality. You’ll also work closely with our Aquatics, ARC, and Recreation teams to create unforgettable water-based experiences. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a love for teaching through play and water are must-haves for success in this exciting role.

The salary range for this position is $57,071-$79,265 with an anticipated hiring range of $$57,071-$63,411 DOQ.
