Ar Administrator /Biller

Butte Sand and Gravel in Sutter, CA is hiring a detail oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator Biller. A leading provider of sand and gravel materials in the Yuba, Sutter, Colusa, and Butte County areas, Butte Sand and Gravel offers a positive work environment and competitive wages. Essential Duties: 

The Accounts Receivable Administrator Biller is responsible for all aspects of the material and trucking billing. This includes:

• Collect and balance scale sheets with freight bills to ensure totals match
• Calculate times and ensure accuracy of data provided from drivers and enter into HaulIt
• Input and send out invoices and monthly statements
• Answer phones and offer assistance to customers on accounts
• Communicate with subhaulers as needed
• Work with dispatchers to ensure billing of the correct job
• Work with Certified Payroll to accurately bill certified jobs
• Other miscellaneous billing duties as requested

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Microsoft Office experience
• Successfully pass pre-employment drug screening
• Must be a detail oriented individual that is able to work well with others
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and have a positive attitude
• Must be able to work extended hours and some weekends during the busy season
• Must be organized and have good time management
• Strong customer service skills
• Computer knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prevailing wage knowledge

Education:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• AA or Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required

Pay: $24 - $26 per hour
