EnviroScience is seeking a full-time, qualified AR Billing Coordinator to work a hybrid schedule, in our Stow, Ohio office. The AR Billing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the EnviroScience Marine Services operations team by managing multiple functions including AP/AR, project administration, and employee organization. The ideal applicant is an organized, detail-oriented, and driven self-starter with solid administrative skills. This role ensures that all Marine Services run efficiently, with a strong focus on accurate financial management, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the consulting or environmental services industry.
