 A day in the life: 

Get ready to rev up your role as you tackle the high-octane world of cash receipts processing within SAP at Monster Energy! Dive into the action by reviewing incoming payments and researching GL coding like a pro. You'll be the payment-application maestro, expertly applying payments to outstanding AR invoices and other receivable balances. With your quick reflexes, you'll respond to inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide vital payment information across teams. The impact you'll make:

• Responsible for application of cash receipts into SAP. To calculate entry, a spreadsheet may be prepared to facilitate data entry into SAP. Application can be for customer cash receipts and/or miscellaneous payments that are posted to the General Ledger. To help facilitate the resolution of duplicate payments and/or paybacks from customers and/or vendors, Information can be provided to other departments to determine proper solution.


• Responsible also for ensuring all cash receipts are applied according to company policy. Also, proper recording of support uploaded to SAP for auditing purposes and providing support, as requested.


• Additional duties, as assigned.

 Who you are:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with SAP • Minimum 1 year of experience in related role or in Accounts Receivable


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate experience in Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook required).


• 10 key by touch


• High school diploma is required


• Some college education (especially accounting) preferred


• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in an efficient manner

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated hourly rate of $18.00 - $24.00.  The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
