AR Specialist

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a steady full-time role with a company that helps homeowners rebuild after the storm? Our storm restoration company in Lenexa, KS is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle incoming calls from clients and partners
• Prepare and send invoices to insurance carriers
• Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment
• Manage accounts receivable processes
• Coordinate financing and payment management
• Process and file liens when necessary
• Handle mortgage check submittals and related documentation
• Support the team with miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in accounts receivable, billing, or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Experience with insurance paperwork or construction/restoration industry is a plus
