Responsibilities

• Engage with users when necessary to resolve inquiries or disputes professionally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and strategies
• Stay updated on trends, threats, and emerging issues in online communities and content moderation

• Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic and excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is highly desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with cultural sensitivity
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
