Arabic Retention - Regulated FX

Our client is a well-established, regulated Forex and CFD brokerage based in Limassol. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a driven, client-focused Retention Agent to join their team, serving their Arabic-speaking client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building strong long-term relationships
  
• Drive client engagement, deposits and trading activity through proactive outreach
  
• Understand each client's needs and recommend suitable products/services, in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines
  
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue KPIs
  
• Handle client queries via phone, email and chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in the CRM
  
• Work closely with the Sales, Compliance and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  
• Stay current on market trends and products relevant to your client base
