Arabic Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

As a representative, you will assist clients with their banking needs while ensuring adherence to policies and providing a exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to banking products, services, and account information via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic.
• Assist customers with account opening, card services, loans, and online banking issues.
• Provide up-to-date information on banking regulations, promotions, and available services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a prompt resolution.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for reference and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address customer needs.
• Stay updated on banking trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, especially within the banking or financial services sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to solve problems and manage customer inquiries effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer applications.
