Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and solutions via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic.
• Provide detailed information about the features and benefits of biotechnology solutions offered by the company.
• Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to enhance customer engagement and service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and company offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the biotechnology or life sciences sector.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer inquiries.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and general computer proficiency is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
