Job Description - Arabic Speaking Customer Service for Healthcare industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the healthcare industry. If you are passionate about helping others and committed to providing excellent service, we want you to join our team! In this role, you will assist patients and healthcare providers, ensuring they receive the support and information they need in Arabic, all while contributing to a positive healthcare experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries regarding healthcare services, appointments, and insurance options via phone, email, and chat in Arabic.
  • Assist patients with navigating the healthcare system and understanding treatment processes.
  • Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and empathetically, ensuring a satisfactory experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Stay updated on healthcare policies and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the healthcare field, is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills paired with a friendly and empathetic approach.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
