As a representative, you will assist clients in Arabic with their logistics inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Arabic.
• Provide accurate information on shipping options, customs procedures, and pricing details.
• Assist customers in resolving logistical concerns and coordinating solutions in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to effectively assist customers.

• Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
