Job Description - Arabic Speaking Customer Service for Social Media industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a unique opportunity for Arabic Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Social Media industry. If you have a passion for social media and enjoy helping users navigate their online experiences, this role is perfect for you. As a customer service representative, you will engage with users in Arabic, providing assistance and fostering a positive online community.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries regarding social media platform features, policies, and troubleshooting through various channels including phone, email, and live chat in Arabic.
  • Provide support for account management issues, including verification, security, and privacy concerns.
  • Assist users in creating and managing their profiles and navigating platform functionalities.
  • Resolve user complaints and escalations efficiently, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Document interactions with users accurately in the customer support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings based on user feedback.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and updates to offer relevant support and advice.
  • Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
