Arabic-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant in Sofia - Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is looking for an Arabic-Speaking Customer Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with paid relocation support. In this role, you will be the primary contact for Arabic-speaking clients, providing tailored customer solutions that meet their needs and enhance their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Arabic-speaking clients
• Understand and analyze client requirements to deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and solutions offered
• Identify opportunities for service improvement based on client feedback
• Assist with onboarding and training new clients
• Stay informed of company products, services, and industry trends

• Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer support or consulting preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria; You must have an EU passport.
