We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AR/Admin Assistant in our Landscape Maintenance Division.
Position Overview
This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office position ideal for someone organized and eager to grow in an administrative role. No accounting experience is required—we’ll train the right person. If you thrive in a structured environment and enjoy staying on top of details, this role could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks, including generating and sending invoices
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Division team
- Answer phones, manage emails, and support scheduling as needed
- Help ensure internal processes are followed and documentation is up to date

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with a positive attitude
