What You Will Do:

• Manage and resolve vehicle arbitration claims efficiently and fairly in accordance with auction and industry guidelines.

• Collaborate with buyers, sellers, and internal departments to achieve timely and accurate dispute resolution.

• Interpret vehicle condition reports, and auction policies (including NAAA standards).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of arbitration activity in the AS400 system and prepare reports as needed.

• Negotiate resolutions with the goal of keeping the vehicle sold when appropriate.

• Assist with reruns, third-party inspections, and vehicle location efforts.

• Process selling light and price changes through the AS400.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 2+ years of experience in arbitration, vehicle inspections, or auto auction operations preferred.

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems including mechanical, body, and frame.

• Familiarity with industry standards, including NAAA guidelines, is a strong plus.

• Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in using computer systems, especially AS400.

• Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid driver’s license required.
