Our Dining Servers are a valued part of our Dining Services team, offering great support and customer service to our residents and providing them with enjoyable meals, conversation, and attention. This part-time position offers shifts you choose Monday through Friday, starting at 3:30 or 4:00 PM and ending at 6:30 PM approximately. This role is perfect for those who enjoy people! Interested? Our Servers

• Ensure an extraordinary dining experience for our incredible residents!


• Help set up tables, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and presentation.


• On occasion, set up and prepare food items. 


• Keep the food and beverage area organized and fully stocked. 


• Be familiar with the menu to answer the residents' questions. 


• Greet guests with a smile and a positive-friendly manner. 


• Serve three-course meals and clean up all areas, with team members.
  


• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age and our Affiliates. 

What you need to Succeed!

• Must be 16 years of age; if under 18, parental and school permission is required


• Able to read, write, and speak basic English


• Able to perform basic arithmetic calculations
