Our Executive Directors:

• Provide leadership for the Community and its staff.


• Supervise and guide Arbordale community team members.


• Implement programs and services for residents that are developed in tandem with Regional and Corporate staff members.


• Ensure Community is following regulatory standards.


• Implement and execute a robust Sales and Marketing plan to drive census.


• Direct the management team to ensure the success of the Community including the following:


• Work with residents, family and responsible parties to achieve a high level of satisfaction.


• Maintain a positive relationship with the professional community.


• Facilitate open communication with staff and peers.


• Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident records as appropriate.


• Lead all areas of operations meeting all financial and budgetary objectives.


• Maintain oversight of all marketing and sales activities and results.


• Operate the Community in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.


• Oversee implementation of OSHA and Safety guidelines.


• Work with a not-for-profit board of directors


• Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility.


• Other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

• B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.


• Two or more years of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living industry.


• Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living industry experience.


• Experience and knowledge dealing with senior population


• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills


• Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.


• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Requirements:

• May occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
