What does an Arborist/ Tree Climber?

• Assist in completing pruning work on client properties. Including but not limited to, Tree Pruning, Tree Removal, Shrub pruning, Mulch installation, and Stump grinding
• Able to work in team environment and independently efficiently while taking care of client properties and being prideful in your work 
•  Will interact with clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other Ryan services needed on their property. 

Requirements

Forestry, or related fields is a plus, as is industry experience. However, if you are willing to learn, both on the job and at home, we have a training program in place that will help you acquire the skills needed to succeed in this industry. Other requirements include:

• 3+ years of tree pruning and climbing experience 
• Possesses thorough knowledge of pruning practices and can work aloft at a minimum of 25 feet. 
• Good physical ability
• Respect for safety/heights
• Be a team player
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
