What does an Arborist/ Tree Climber do?

• This can be a trainee position if you are willing to learn.
• Assist in completing pruning work on client properties. Including but not limited to: tree pruning, tree removal and stump grinding.
• Help keep tools, trucks and equipment clean, functional and safe.
• Complete all necessary training and continuing education to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Work efficiently both in a team environment and independently while taking care of client properties and being prideful in your work.
• Interact with clients on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other Ryan services needed on their property.

• Previous outdoor experience is required
• Good physical ability
• Respect for safety/heights
• Be a team player
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
