We're looking for a professional tree industry production supervisor with experience leading teams and an expert in tree climbing safety to join our ever-growing company. The right candidate must have the ambition to make a positive difference for our customers, their trees, and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled tree maintenance, pruning, and removals on residential and commercial properties using standard climbing techniques and/or bucket trucks.
Conduct daily inspections for the safety of all climbing equipment, safety gear, vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
Perform work that may require the use of hand tools, power tools, and climbing gear.
Load and unload company equipment into vehicles.
Safely operate company vehicles and issued equipment.
Complete daily work orders to meet company expectations.
Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, managers, and clients.

Requirements

Be proficient in all aspects of ANSI Standards for tree care. From fine pruning to technical removals.
Know your trees and know your craft.
ISA Certification is Mandatory
Safety minded and safety first, always.
Have knowledge in estimating job duration and flow.
Be customer focused with a keen insight into fostering client and team relationships.
Have team management experience
