Overview of Role

Arcade is seeking an aspiring, talented, and entrepreneurial Associate Social Media Content

Creator to develop engaging and impactful content across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and X.

If you have a flair for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to connect with an audience, this role might be perfect for you!

As an Associate Social Media Content Creator, you play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s presence online. Through your content, you'll help drive engagement, build community, and support brand awareness—ultimately contributing to the company’s growth and success. You’ll also be asked to pitch in on other marketing, merchandising and production responsibilities as part of a startup team.

This individual will thrive in a fast paced environment, understanding the need to be agile, responsive, and available to meet the schedule and time demands that a marketplace startup needs.

You’ll report to our Director of Marketing and join a talented team of colleagues to reshape the consumer landscape and build a billion-dollar company from the ground up while deeply learning about AI and learning from a stable of powerful and experienced mentors and advisors.  Strong results will be rewarded with career growth opportunities.

This role requires 4 days per week in-person in our sunny Presidio, SF office and 1 day from home. The position is compensated with salary, benefits, and equity.

• Content Creation: Develop visually engaging and on-brand posts, videos, and photos to capture the attention of our audience.
• Video Production & Editing: Plan, shoot, and edit videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Photography: Capture eye-catching images that highlight our products and messaging.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling captions and post descriptions that engage and encourage interaction.
• Content Strategy: Plan and schedule posts in advance to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
• Analytics: Track and analyze performance metrics, using data to refine and improve content strategies.

• Proven experience in creating social media content for brands or personal projects.
• A portfolio showcasing your content creation skills (photos, videos, written posts).
• Strong personal knowledge of social media platforms.
• Everyday usage of social media platforms; highly in touch with trends and memes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
