Arcade/Laser Tag Attendant

Summary

Keep redemption supplies stocked at all times. Make sure that all games are clean at all times. Provide arcade customers with prompt, friendly, efficient, and courteous service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

• Assist customers in the arcade and laser tag.
•  Maintain the sales counter and assist with game card redemption.
• Assist customers with rock climbing and laser tag rental, equipment, and explain the rules.
• Restock the redemption counter when needed during slower periods.
• Make sure all arcade games are clean and working. Report any problems to management and Namco Tech.
• Control Arcade at all times, informing the Manager on duty if a problem arises.
• Monitor all customers in the laser tag area.
• Ensure all laser tag vests are in working condition. 
• Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have a friendly personality and be able to converse with all customers.
• Must be able to handle multiple customers at one time.
• Must be able to lift 20-50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to walk, stand, and stoop for long periods of time.

Education and/or Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 2-year work experience in the related field preferred
• Cash handling experience preferred.
