Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders. Turning Point Action has emerged as the country’s leading grassroots organization, giving individuals the opportunity and platform to run for office at the local level, providing voters with critical information surrounding their district’s candidates and elections, allowing them unparalleled access to some of the most impactful figures in the movement. ABOUT THE POSITION:

Turning Point Action is seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented ArcGIS Administrator to create strategic maps. This role offers an opportunity to engage directly with the strategic infrastructure behind our Chase the Vote operation.

The ArcGIS Administrator will create maps and dashboards using the ArcGIS online platform and have a hands-on role in building out the Chase the Vote strategy operations. This administrator should be creative, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and able to translate data into clear, actionable tools for strategic decision making.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency with ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Pro, including map creation, feature layer management, and spatial analysis
• Affinity for researching US States and regions
• Strong understanding of data organization, geospatial data formats, and data integration from multiple sources

“WOW” SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Political Science, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Previous campaign or political organization experience.

Effective communicator with the ability to train and support staff using geospatial tools and dashboards
