Architect

• Manage all aspects of client relations including attending meetings
  


• Make authoritative decisions/recommendations that have an impact on architectural activities
  


• Demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature architectural judgment to solve architectural problems
  


• Manage, coordinate, and mentor staff/project level employees
  


• Determine project objectives/requirements
  


• Develop standards/guidelines for diverse architectural activities
  


• Ensure technical documents are compliant with industry standards/codes
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  


• Master's degree preferred
  


• 12+ years of experience/extensive knowledge in architectural design
  


• Professional RA desired
  


• Knowledge of Revit and BIM 
  


• LEED certification preferred
  


• Knowledge of AutoCAD 
  


• Knowledge of project specifications & CSI division formatting
  


• Knowledge of professional and construction contracts
  


• Experience with project financial oversight/management
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
