Architect

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, plus two (2) years of design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) with all of the following:

(1) Translating sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, parametric design software, 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Grasshopper, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, 3ds MAX, Bluebeam Revu, Rhino, V-Ray, and Enscape;

(2) Preparing full Design Development, Schematic Design, Construction Document sets in AutoCAD and/or Revit;

(3) Utilizing site surveys, design sketches and other inputs to prepare digital architectural models using Revit and/or CAD based on BIM development standards;

(4) Participating in all project phases, including conceptual designs, graphic presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production;

(5) Producing high quality renderings, site plans, sections, elevations and construction details for technology, life science, aviation, transportation-oriented, and retail clients;

(6) Construction Administration experience with large-scale corporate campuses and with technology companies;

(7) Delivering concept and schematic design package, which includes site analysis, design concept, design narrative, sustainability simulation tests, floor plans, sections, elevations and renderings; AND

(8) Facilitating multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with general contractor, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), lighting, façade, audio/visual, acoustics, interiors, wind, landscape, civil consultants, and working directly with other consultants and/or contractors.

In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-bachelor’s degree design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship). Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive post bachelor’s degree  design experience (non-intern, non-fellowship) must include experience with all of the following:

(1) Translating sketches and documents into realized 2D/3D models and images using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, parametric design software, 2D/3D software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Grasshopper, Illustrator, SketchUp, InDesign, 3ds MAX, Bluebeam Revu, Rhino, V-Ray, and Enscape;

Must have valid Architect License. All experience may be acquired concurrently. Incidental telecommuting may apply. Standard benefits will be offered, and employees will be eligible for bonuses.

The base salary range is $94,203.00 to $94,203.00, commensurate with relevant experience.
