What You’ll Do

As an Architect Level I or II, you’ll play a key role in the design and execution of projects of varying size and complexity. You’ll contribute to technical design, collaborate with consultants, and help bring innovative solutions to life—all while developing your skills and advancing your career.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide architectural consultation in planning, design, and coordination of complex projects.
• Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and design strategies.
• Execute drawing production and design documentation under the direction of a Project Manager.
• Develop creative design concepts and presentation materials.
• Review and analyze planning studies, reports, and consultant deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture (Level II).
• Identify and resolve technical questions to maintain project momentum.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of architectural experience.
• Licensed architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and architectural design processes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with FEMA-funded or federal government projects is a plus.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to St. Thomas.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to grow.
