CI&T, Inc. is seeking an Architect Manager in Princeton, NJ and various unanticipated
locations throughout the U.S. to manage the development and documentation of detailed
mobile solution architecture; Oversee a team of developers and serve as a technical
reference throughout the company; Lead and support other developers from a technical
perspective; Create a learning environment and mentor the team of subordinate
professional developers; Manage the full lifecycle of development, including planning
designing, building, testing, debugging, and deploying public-facing and enterprise
applications; Manage the development of mobile apps across different teams distributed
both and offshore (Brazil/India); Maintain and manage a close relationship with clients
and end users, helping to detail and define their requirements; Execute, present, and
validate performance reviews for subordinate team members; and responsible for
additional client, management, and technical duties assigned. Domestic travel 15% of the
time and international travel.
Requirements to include: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or related field (foreign equivalent acceptable), and 36 months
of experience in the job offered or related role, including experience with: Adobe
Experience Management; Java/NodeJS Microservices; Drupal architecture and
development expertise; Cloud Computing - AWS and Azure; Adobe Magento;
Kubernetes; DataBricks; Mulesoft; and High Availability and Disaster Recovery
Architecture experience.
Alternative Requirements to include: Associate’s degree in Software Engineering,
Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (foreign equivalent
acceptable), and 36 months of experience in the job offered or related role, including
experience with: Adobe Experience Management; Java/NodeJS Microservices; Drupal
architecture and development expertise; Cloud Computing - AWS and Azure; Adobe
Magento; Kubernetes; DataBricks; Mulesoft; and High Availability and Disaster
Recovery Architecture experience.
Any suitable combination of experience of education, training, or experience is
acceptable.
