Architect/Project Manager

• Lead Architectural team
  


• Develop/manage project scope, schedule, and fees for new projects
  


• Manage financial performance of projects (manage budget, scheduling, billing)
  


• Oversee technical completion of projects and other design professionals
  


• Build/maintain client relationships
  


• Regular client communication


• Manage project team including mentoring, training, and collaboration
  


• Other project and construction administration duties as needed
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required
  


• Master’s in Architecture preferred
  


• 8+ years of experience in commercial architecture
  


• Experience developing construction documents and specifications for commercial projects (industrial, warehouse, data center and distribution center)
  


• Working knowledge of code, materials and methods commonly used
