Architect/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead design efforts for a variety of corporate/industrial,
  government, and educational projects
  
• Collaborate/coordinate activities with a multidiscipline
  team
  
• As Project Architect, responsible for
  developing schematic designs, assisting with specification preparation/edits,
  and preparing production documentation
  
• As Project Manager, responsible for managing
  fee estimates, project budgets, and schedules
  
• Assist with business development activities
  including developing project proposals/presentations
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture
  
• 8+ years of experience with progressive
  responsibilities
  
• Previous corporate project experience
  
• Experience in educational and government projects
  preferred
  
• Experience serving as a Project Manager with
  demonstrated abilities related to multi-tasking, time management, budgeting,
  communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and leadership
  
• Architectural Registration in State of
  Minnesota or ability to become registered within one year of employment
  
• Architectural Registration in additional states
  a plus
  
• Proficient with design applications including
  Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up
  
• Knowledge of graphics applications including
  Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
