Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities:

2. Technical Drawing & Documentation: Use CAD software to create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.

3. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes.

4. Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide design solutions, and present design proposals.

5. Project Management: Manage project timelines and budgets and ensure completion.

6. Sustainable Design: Incorporate sustainable and green principles into project designs, focusing on reducing environmental impact and promoting energy efficiency.

7. Quality Control: Ensure designs meet quality standards, building codes, and client expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

2. 1-3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer.

5. Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
