Clear Lakes Dental is growing—and fast. We've launched 8 successful clinics, and this is only the beginning. Thanks to our proven model, streamlined systems, and strong patient demand, we’re expanding rapidly across Minnesota, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Iowa. We’re now looking for an Architectural Designer to help design, plan, and manage the development of our dental clinics across multiple locations. As our in-house Architectural Designer, you'll lead the design of functional, welcoming dental offices that reflect our brand and meet clinical needs. You'll work closely with our leadership, contractors, and city officials to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and up to code. What You'll Do:

• Gather measurements to create building blueprints and layout 
• Create and manage construction drawings and permit sets
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and vendors
• Ensure ADA, health, safety, and building code compliance
• Oversee construction progress and respond to field issues
• Support space planning and remodeling of existing locations

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture (preferred)
• Proficiency in design software (CAD etc) 
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and ADA requirements
• Excellent design, communication, and project management skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $70,000-$90,000 based on experience
