Love bringing spaces to life? As our Architectural Designer, you’ll help shape the look, feel, and flow of our restaurants—from brand-new locations to exciting remodels and special projects. You’ll turn big ideas into practical, buildable designs that balance style, function, and that signature Texas Roadhouse experience our guests love. *This is an on-site position working a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky

What’s On Your Plate

• Create detailed architectural and kitchen equipment drawings (AutoCAD) for new builds, remodels, and special initiatives

• Partner with Design, Construction, Operations, and Procurement to deliver smart, functional spaces

• Review and maintain CAD/PDF drawing sets to ensure accuracy and brand consistency

• Support remodel projects through site verification and adapting designs to real-world conditions

• Produce custom drawings and updates to support ongoing restaurant needs

• Maintain and evolve prototype drawing libraries and design standards

• Coordinate material selections and samples to support design decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to keep projects moving on time

Your Recipe for Success

• Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field preferred

• 3-5 years of architectural drafting/design experience (restaurant, hospitality, or commercial preferred)

• Strong AutoCAD skills (SketchUp/Revit a plus)

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and a sharp eye for detail

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-first attitude
