OneFourTwo Design Group is a full-service design firm.  Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a detail-oriented Architectural Designer who is passionate about the design process, to join our team in Houston, TX.

We hire the best and the brightest from across the country – constructing a team of experts in architecture, design, engineering, project management, and business services. 

- Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
- Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
- Prepare presentation drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design ideas
- Review project scope with construction project managers
- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Review and coordinate construction documents with construction project managers and consultants
- Develop preliminary designs into construction documents

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field and 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to develop presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) and construction drawings is required
- Revit experience is required
- Experience in standard Microsoft & Adobe Suite software (Photoshop, Word, etc.) experience is preferred
- AutoCAD and Lumion/Sketchup experience is preferred
