Job Title: Architecture
Location: 9th Mission Support Command Honolulu, HI 96819
Schedule: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Type of job: Full time
Duties:

The work will be performed onsite at the 9th MSC, DPW facility, located at 1555 Suehiro Way on Fort Shafter Flats, Hawaii
These responsibilities encompass:

Strategic Maintenance Planning.
Analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions.
Facilitation of Master Planning Meetings and Briefings.
Compilation of Stationing Packages and Request for Orders.
Effective Space Management.
Coordination and Support of Various Projects.
Provision of Technical Expertise in the Field of Military Construction.
Evaluation and Scrutiny of Construction Plans, Engineering Specifications, and Purchase Requests for Functional Adequacy.
Consistent Submission of Comprehensive Monthly Reports.
Able to work independently and as a team member.

Qualifications:

Five years (5) of U.S. Army Master Planning Experience OR three (3) years of U.S. Army Master Planning Experience.
Four-year degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Engineering, Geography, or related discipline from an accredited university.
At least one (1) year of experience with each of the following U.S. Army/Department of Defense:
Computer Systems programming Administration & Execution System (PAX)
Army Stationing & Installation Plan (ASIP)
Real Property Planning and Analysis System
