At SERVPRO, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented AR/Collections Specialist who loves digging into numbers, solving problems, and making sure the money makes sense.

You’ll be our go-to for all things receivables—reviewing accounts, tracking payments, and following up with clients like a seasoned pro. We’re not here for passive paperwork shufflers—we want someone who takes ownership, asks questions, and stays three steps ahead. 🧠⚡

💡 You’ll Fit Right In If You:

Obsess (in a good way) over a clean aging report 📊

Can track down discrepancies like a financial Sherlock Holmes 🔍

Handle client calls with grace and confidence 🤝

Actually enjoy spreadsheets 😄

🧰 Must-Have Tools in Your Belt:

2+ years in AR, billing, banking, or accounting 📒

QuickBooks Online ninja-level skills (3+ years preferred) ⚙️

Excel, Outlook, and Word proficiency 📧

Strong organization and time management ⏱️

Solid communication and customer service chops 🗣️

🌟 Bonus Points For:

Background in banking or insurance 🏦

Experience with compliance & vendor management 📑

Time spent in fast-moving, service-first environments 🚛💨

🏃‍♀️ Skills, Physical Demands & Competencies:

This is a fast-paced office role where multitasking is key and organization is your superpower. Some light physical tasks may be required—like lifting files, opening cabinets, or bending/standing while organizing paperwork. 📂💪
