About the Role:
Are you a professional sales manager with a track record of success?  We are seeking an experienced sales manager to join our team at DOC Auto. If you are a dynamic, results-driven individual with a passion for the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!




Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

  • Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and customer satisfaction

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience

  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
