Area Admissions & Marketing Director | Cascades at Skyview, Hemingford Care Center & Ponderosa Villa
Cascades Healthcare is seeking an Area Admissions & Marketing Director to support three of our Nebraska communities: Cascades at Skyview, Hemingford Care Center, and Ponderosa Villa. This position works between all three facilities, leading admissions, marketing, and census development efforts across the region.
In this role, you'll build strong referral partnerships, collaborate with facility leadership, and create a seamless admissions experience for residents and their families. You'll develop outreach strategies, strengthen community relationships, and help each community achieve its census goals while ensuring a positive experience for every prospective resident.

What you'll do:
- Lead the admissions process from inquiry through move-in, ensuring a smooth experience for residents and families.
- Build and maintain referral partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, and community organizations.
- Grow and maintain census through outreach, relationship-building, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate admissions with clinical teams, screening candidates for appropriate placement with facility leadership.
- Conduct facility tours, educate families on services, and represent the facility at community events and networking opportunities.
- Create and maintain marketing materials while supporting advertising efforts and brand awareness.
- Track admissions, discharges, referrals, inquiries, and census trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Complete admission paperwork, maintain accurate EMR documentation, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service through daily interactions, quality assurance rounds, and cross-department communication.
- Evaluate insurance coverage and reimbursement guidelines, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care, to support the admissions process

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Two to three years of healthcare sales or marketing experience preferred; long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills with a compassionate approach.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care preferred.
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, Electronic Health Record (EHR), and CRM systems.
- Experience with medical billing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. and perform duties requiring adequate vision and hearing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- May be exposed to communicable illnesses and bodily fluids in a healthcare environment.
