• Leading and supporting restaurant and café leadership with oversight of daily operations across multiple locations.
• Developing, implementing, and executing processes for operational excellence in beverage service, food service, and guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of multi-unit management experience leading 2 or more locations with oversight on front of house (hospitality) and back of house (culinary) operations
• 3 or more of leadership experience leading a team of 6 or more in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
• 2 or more years of experience in food and beverage, upscale concept preferred
• Passion for guest service
• Valid Food Handlers Card and MAST Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, bar and wine preferred
• Working knowledge of P&L, financial reporting, inventory, operations, and customer service, required
• Ability to regularly exercise of independent judgment and discretion
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information discreetly and professionally
• Ability to coach and mentor leaders and team in all areas of the café bar
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

• Work is performed primarily in a cafe setting with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift. Requires mobility and prolonged standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
