Responsibilities
What you will need to be our next Area Sales Manager- Be a Leader as you manage day-to-day operations and staff performance, and ensure full compliance with hotel operations, policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Put our best foot forward Develop and implement business strategies for the hotel that are aligned with our overall mission, vision, values, and strategies.
- Showcase your organizational and leadership skills as you maintain accurate financial records, the annual budget and capital budget in conjunction with the Controller and Regional Director of Operations and assists in obtaining the owner’s approval. Achieves the hotel’s profit, customer service, and revenue goals by directing all departments of the hotel. Maximizes revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the Management Services Team. Show accountable for areas in Financial & Asset Management, Guest Satisfaction, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Accounting, and Employee Development. Supervise procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment, and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with labor and safety regulations.

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel Management. (GM or Area GM)
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Experience in financial reporting, budget management, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Communication and leadership skills
- Maintaining the brand standards
