Area Leasing Manager

DASMEN Residential is seeking a full-time Area Leasing Manager.  The Area Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing leasing operations across multiple properties within our Tampa, FL portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Support leasing operations across multiple assigned properties.
• Monitor leasing performance, occupancy levels, and market trends.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
•  Train, mentor, and motivate leasing teams to meet or exceed performance goals. 
•  Oversee advertising and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and leasing activity. 
•  Coordinate and participate in outreach marketing efforts. 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have an outgoing, engaging personality; must thoroughly enjoy working with the general public.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• At least 2 years of Leasing Manager experience required.

Compensation: $20-$23/hour
