About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing boutique fitness brand in Richmond, VA. This Regional Manager role will oversee multiple studio locations, ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue, and cultivating a high-performing, client-focused team culture. The position is available due to a leadership transition, and confidentiality is required throughout the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple studio locations in the Richmond area

• Lead, mentor, and develop studio managers and frontline teams

• Ensure studios meet sales goals, client retention metrics, and operational benchmarks

• Implement and maintain company standards for service delivery, cleanliness, scheduling, and branding

• Monitor and improve studio-level KPIs (conversion rates, class utilization, staff retention)

• Partner with marketing teams to drive local outreach, community engagement, and event strategy

• Manage payroll, staffing levels, and P&L accountability for each location

• Collaborate cross-functionally with ownership/executive team to refine systems and strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, ideally in boutique fitness, wellness, or premium retail

• Proven leadership ability with success coaching and growing teams

• Strong sales acumen with a track record of hitting or exceeding revenue goals

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a growth mindset

• Familiarity with MindBody or other fitness/retail CRM platforms a plus
